This is the arepa our grandmothers made: just corn, water, and salt — nothing else. We stone-grind it, hand-shape every piece, and flash-freeze it at its peak so it tastes made-today, every time. Split it open and toast it plain, or stuff it with melting cheese, shredded meat, or avocado — the everyday bread alternative that happens to be naturally gluten-free.
